ST. JOHN’S, ANTIGUA – Grammy-winning artist, humanitarian, and global innovator Wyclef Jean is set to deliver the keynote address at the highly anticipated CIS25 Summit, taking place April 22–26 in Antigua and Barbuda. The summit, branded as a game-changing convergence of island innovation and investment migration, promises to blend star power with strategic dialogue and sustainable development.

Wyclef’s keynote marks a major highlight for the Caribbean Investment Summit (CIS25), where leaders, investors, and industry experts will explore the future of island economies. The summit is designed to be more than a forum—it’s a platform to influence policy, create partnerships, and reshape narratives around citizenship-by-investment (CBI), climate resilience, and regional growth.

The CIS25 team is drawing together a powerful lineup of speakers, including:

    • Prime Minister Gaston Browne, who made history as the first leader of Antigua and Barbuda to secure three consecutive electoral victories (2014, 2018, 2023). Ranked 9th on Caribbean Leader’s 2024 Top 10 list, he is expected to speak on regional economic strategy and global partnerships.
    • Charmaine Quinland-Donovan, the first Antiguan and first woman to head the country’s Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU), brings deep expertise in compliance and financial governance.
    • Thomas Anthony, CEO of Grenada’s CBI Unit, who has held key leadership roles in both Antigua and Grenada, with over 26 years in banking and sustainable investment.
    • Mc Claude Emmanuel, CEO of Saint Lucia’s CIU, whose background in marketing and telecommunications informs his modernized vision for investment migration.

This year’s summit introduces a unique feature: Executive Speed Connection, an exclusive session where Platinum and Gold sponsors are offered private, 45-minute meetings with Caribbean policymakers—far beyond the usual panels and receptions. The summit’s tagline says it all: “Prime Ministers don’t take meetings—except here.”

Organisers say the limited-access, high-impact format is tailored for those serious about shaping policy and expanding their global footprint. Only 80 seats are available, underscoring the premium placed on influence.
