**CABINET NOTES:** Construction of Climate Resilient Chattel Homes Project will see the construction of fifty (50) homes of 800 sq. feet dimensions through the collaboration of the Ministry of Housing and Works and the Department of the Environment.

The first model home in this project will be constructed in the Rastafarian Community.
