The Ministry of Health, in collaboration with United Hands Incorporated, is pleased to announce a Health Fair to be held from Sunday, June 29th to Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025, at the Multi-Purpose Cultural and Exhibition Centre, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.

A wide range of free health services will be offered throughout the fair, including:

    1. General Medical Care: Blood pressure checks, limited A1C and lipid screenings, and glucose testing

    2. Eye Care: Screening for glaucoma and cataracts, with free lined bifocal prescription glasses

    3. Dental Services: Examinations, x-rays, fillings, and extractions

The Health Fair will begin on Sunday, June 29th, with a dedicated day for senior citizens aged 60 and over and children aged 12 and under. On this day only, these groups will be able to access up to two services.

From Monday, June 30th to Wednesday, July 2nd, the event will be open to the general public of all ages, operating on a walk-in basis. During these general access days, each attendee will be allowed to access one service per day, with no priority groupings.

Speaking on the upcoming initiative, Minister of Health, Wellness, Social Transformation, and the Environment, Sir Molwyn Joseph, stated: “This Health Fair represents the Ministry’s continued commitment to delivering accessible, preventative healthcare to every citizen and resident. We are especially pleased to collaborate once again with United Hands Inc. to reach vulnerable populations and ensure that no one is left behind in the pursuit of wellness.”

This initiative underscores the Ministry’s ongoing mission to promote public health and strengthen community well-being, made possible through a long-standing partnership with United Hands Inc.

The public is strongly encouraged to participate and take advantage of these free health services.
