Construction of Antigua and Barbuda’s Renal Centre, led by Health Minister Sir Molwyn Joseph, is progressing steadily and is set to enhance local healthcare services.

Senator Michael Joseph, who recently received a project update, praised the Ministry of Health’s vision and commitment. He said the centre will provide specialised kidney treatment, reducing the need for patients to travel overseas and improving access to vital care.

“Once completed, this facility will deliver state-of-the-art services for Antigua and the wider region,” he added.

Officials are confident the centre will open soon, marking a significant milestone in the nation’s healthcare development.
