Shoppers at Perry Bay Supermarket were left frustrated after a car blocked a section of the parking lot, trapping another vehicle for over 30 minutes.
Supermarket security said the driver of the obstructing car, registered A71962, was not seen, leaving the stranded motorist “sandwiched” between vehicles.
After half an hour, the front car finally moved, allowing the trapped driver to leave. Authorities have not identified the owner of the abandoned vehicle.
The incident has raised questions about driver behaviour and parking etiquette.
