The Caribbean Baking Awards will return for its third edition next year, with Saint Martin/Sint Maarten set to host the three-day festival of food and flair from 24–26 July 2026.

Organisers say the event will celebrate the region’s culinary creativity, combining live competitions with entertainment and a formal awards gala.

Island flavour and competition The opening day will feature a “Grudge Match – Soca Band Edition,” where local music groups will swap instruments for mixing bowls in a playful baking contest.

Day two shifts the spotlight to professionals and rising stars in the “Fruitopia Edition” bake-off, where participants will showcase their skills in baking and decorating with tropical flavours. Bakers across the region have until 30 September to register to represent their island.

Red carpet finale The final evening will culminate in the Gala Awards Night, complete with a red-carpet entrance, golden whisk trophies, and an all-white Caribbean-themed celebration.

The event is expected to draw participants and visitors from across the region, combining culinary arts, music, and culture under one banner.
