    Rootical Justice Lee Case Adjourned to December

    The case against 31-year-old Rootical Justice Lee of Golden Grove has been adjourned until 8 December following his latest appearance before Magistrate Ngaio Emanuel.

    Lee faces charges of breaking and larceny as well as receiving, after police arrested him in connection with an alleged burglary at a Jonas Road residence.

    Investigators allege that between 5 and 13 September, Lee unlawfully entered a house and stole several personal items valued at more than EC$11,000.

    In addition to the main charge of breaking and larceny, he has also been charged with receiving.

    Lee has been granted bail and is scheduled to return to court in December.
