Radio host and opposition politician Franz DeFreitas has announced the launch of Ignite Media and a new talk show called Hard Look.
The move follows his reported departure from Observer Radio’s Voice of the People, where he co-hosted alongside broadcaster Paul Quinn, who has been off air for several months due to illness.
Observer Media has not commented on DeFreitas’ exit, which had fuelled speculation among listeners.
Through Ignite Media, DeFreitas is expected to continue political and social commentary, maintaining his presence in Antigua and Barbuda’s media landscape.
