NOTICE OF FINAL CALL FOR DEPOSITOR CLAIMS
TO ALL DEPOSITORS:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the provisions of the International Banking Act, 2016, and the International Business Corporation Act, of the laws of Antigua and Barbuda, Antigua Overseas Bank Ltd. (AOB) (In Liquidation) is in its liquidation process.
This notice serves as a final and urgent call for all remaining depositors of Antigua Overseas Bank Ltd to contact the Joint Liquidators and file a claim for possible settlement of amounts being distributed by the Estate.
All claims, duly substantiated with the required documentation, must be submitted to the Joint Liquidators on or before October 31, 2025.
