A man has filed a lawsuit against the government, claiming it owes him $135,000 for two vehicles he sold through his former employer, Hadeed Motors.

Dylan Simon says he sold a Nissan X-Trail and a pickup truck to the government but was repeatedly told to return to the Treasury to collect payment. Frustrated by delays, he took legal action.

The case, first filed on 16 November 2022, has faced delays but is scheduled to be heard today in the High Court. Simon is represented by lawyer Warren Cassell.
