GCG has opened Bistro Vibes, a casual dining concept in the departures area at V.C. Bird International Airport.

It is the company’s first airport concession in Antigua and becomes the tenth proprietary food & beverage brand in the GCG portfolio.

GCG said the opening “reinforces its commitment to enhancing the travel experience through locally inspired food and attentive service”.

Bistro Vibes offers an all-day menu designed to showcase Caribbean ingredients and culinary traditions. It features regional and comfort dishes such as chickpea curry and Cuban sandwiches.

An inauguration was attended by airport and government officials.

Antigua and Barbuda Airport Authority Commercial Manager Geneva George said: “GCG has officially joined our food and beverage lineup in the Departure Lounge, bringing fresh flavours and a vibrant atmosphere to the airport experience.

“Their grab-and-go options range from local specialties to international favourites, giving travellers more variety and a true taste of the Caribbean before they fly.”
