The Department of Environment is inviting members of the public to review and provide feedback on an Environmental Impact Study for a proposed Engineered Water Management System at North Beach, Jolly Harbour.

Officials say public input is a critical part of the assessment process, helping to ensure that environmental, social and coastal factors are fully considered before any decisions are made.

The study outlines the potential impacts of the project and proposed mitigation measures aimed at responsibly managing coastal and environmental risks.

Residents and stakeholders are encouraged to review the document and submit comments online through the Department of Environment’s website. The consultation forms part of ongoing efforts to promote transparency and community involvement in major development projects.
