    Requirements for Special ID Card for SPN By-Election

    — On Monday 16th March 2026, electors in the St. Philip North Constituency who apply to replace their expired Voter’s ID Cardor who have lost their valid Voter’s ID Card will be issued a Special Identification Card (special ID) at the St. Philip North Registration Unit located at the Glanvilles Community Centre.

    The Registration Unit will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.to facilitate these applications.

    Electors are reminded that they must bring the following:

    • A passport-size photograph

    Please note that the Special ID document will be retained at the Polling Stations after use.

    For persons who are yet to replace their expired Voter’s ID Card, please note that the process will be similar to the Expired Replacement Card Process. Applicants should come prepared with the following:

    • A valid government-issued identification

    • Proof of address

    • A certified passport-size photograph

    ABEC encourages electors who will require this service to visit the Registration Unit during the specified hours to complete the process. **-END-**
