The Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party candidate for St. Philip’s North, Randy Baltimore, has categorically rejected as false and misleading, a flyer currently being circulated on social media advertising a so-called candidates’ debate scheduled for Thursday, April 23, 2026, at the Glanvilles Polyclinic.

Mr. Baltimore wishes to make it abundantly clear that he has not agreed to nor has he had any confirmation by any organizing body regarding it. Further, neither his team nor the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party has received any official communication concerning this purported event.

Even more concerning, checks have revealed that the relevant personnel at the Glanvilles Polyclinic are also unaware of any such event being scheduled on the premises for the stated date and time.

This raises serious questions about the origin and intent of this circulating flyer, which appears designed to create misinformation, disinformation, and unnecessary political confusion within the constituency.

Candidate Randy Baltimore is therefore calling on those responsible to desist immediately from engaging in deceptive tactics intended to mislead the public and stir political discord.

The Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party remains committed to engaging the people honestly and respectfully, with a message rooted in development, stability, and national advancement.
