    Treasury provides list of departments that recently received back pay

    The Treasury Department, has issued a comprehensive update regarding the ongoing disbursement of retroactive salary payments (back pay) to eligible public sector employees.

    As of Wednesday 29, April the Treasury Department has issued payments to eligible public sector workers in all Ministries and Departments:

    • Office of the Governor General

    • House of Representatives

    • Cabinet Office

    • Judicial Department

    • Public Service Commission

    • Office of the Auditor General

    • Electoral Commission

    • Ministry of Foreign Affairs

    • Ministry of Civil Aviation

    • Prison

    • Ministry of Agriculture

    • Surveys

    • Development Control Authority

    • Ministry of Works

    • Labour Department

    • Prison

    • Civil Aviation

    • Ministry of Tourism

    • Land Registry

    • Eligible Pensioned and Separated Public Servants

    • Central Board of Health

    • Ministry of Sports • Prices & Consumers Affairs Division

    • Bureau of Standards

    • Culture & Festivals Division

    • Office of the National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP)

    • Office of the Prime Minister

    • Ministry of Education- (ABICE, ABIIT, ASC, Primary & Secondary, Headquarters & Admin.)

    • Ministry of Finance

    • Ministry of Social Transformation

    The Treasury Department has been aiming to complete most of the retroactive pay during the month of April 2026. A further update will be issued on May 15.
