Antigua and Barbuda has scrapped paper disembarkation cards, replacing them with a fully digital system to streamline entry for visitors.

Passengers can now complete the required forms online before arrival, a change welcomed by travelers. Among them was Antiguan diplomat Ambassador Dr. Dario Item, who recently arrived from London on a Virgin Atlantic flight. Expecting the usual paperwork, he was informed that all documentation could now be submitted electronically.

At V.C. Bird International Airport, Dr. Item completed immigration checks by simply scanning a barcode on his phone. The system, available at arriveantigua.com, aims to make entry faster and more efficient.
