Antigua’s jazz virtuoso, Khadijah Simon, invites the public to an enchanting evening of live music, food, and community spirit at Jazz Under the Stars — a fundraising concert taking place on Tuesday, April 22nd from 7PM to 10PM at the National Sailing Academy at The Falmouth Ocean Club.
Tickets are priced at US $75 / EC $200, and include a complimentary welcome rum punch. All proceeds from the event will go directly towards Khadijah’s tuition and expenses as she embarks on her dream to attend the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Fall 2025.

Now 20 years old, Khadijah is a jazz pianist, author, composer, and educator from Antigua who began learning piano at the age of 8. By 15, she was performing professionally, balancing gigs with her school responsibilities. Her musical journey has already taken her to the USA, Cuba, and the UK — and now, it leads her to Boston, where she will pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Jazz Composition at Berklee.
However, her path has not been easy. Following the tragic loss of her father at age 15, Khadijah was forced to set aside her dream of attending Berklee due to financial hardship. Years later, inspired by the unwavering support of family and friends, she applied — and was accepted. Now, she needs the support of her community to help her reach the finish line.
Khadijah’s goal is to raise US $83,000 / EC $225,127.82 per academic year to cover tuition and related costs. More than just an investment in her future, this opportunity allows her to continue her mission of giving back through music education and mentorship for young musicians in Antigua and around the world.
