    Robbery at Point Wharf

    The police are investigating an alleged robbery that occurred around 8:35 a.m. at Point Wharf on Thursday, May 1.

    It was reported that an unknown armed assailant dressed in dark clothing robbed a man of an undisclosed sum of money shortly after disembarking a vessel from Barbuda.

    The suspect reportedly then fled the scene in a black Honda CR-V. No injuries were reported during the incident.

    Police are appealing to anyone with information regarding the suspect or the vehicle to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at 462-3913 or 462-3914.
