    MP Baltimore embraced by constituent

    — St. Philip’s North MP Randy Baltimore has highlighted the importance of preventive health care and healthier lifestyles following the constituency’s fourth annual Health and Wellness Fair.

Baltimore said the event brought residents together with health professionals and partner organizations, providing access to a range of services and information aimed at improving community health.

The fair covered medical and dental care, mental health, nutrition and healthy lifestyle education.

Baltimore said the initiative was designed to go beyond health checks by encouraging residents to take a more proactive approach to their overall well-being.

“From medical, dental, to mental health, nutrition and healthy lifestyle education, the focus was not only on getting checked, but on encouraging all of us to become more proactive about our health,” Baltimore said.

He thanked doctors, nurses, health agencies, private-sector partners, vendors and volunteers who contributed to the event.

Baltimore also expressed appreciation to residents who attended and made use of the services provided.

“Four years in, the mission remains the same: healthier people, healthier families and a healthier St. Philip’s North,” he said.
